ROBON® a QERDS eIDAS 2.0
ROBON® a QERDS Gateway
The core of the ROBON® eDelivery system is designed to integrate with the ROBON® QERDS Gateway, which supports QERDS in compliance with the standards published at EU Digital Building Blocks – eDelivery Services.
The system as a whole can be audited and certified at the highest assurance level as a Qualified Electronic Registered Delivery Service (QERDS). The certification is issued by the national eIDAS 2.0 supervisory body in the respective EU Member State and subsequently published in the EU Trusted Lists.
ROBON® and the Use of the EUDI Wallet
Citizens can establish their ROBON® DataBox online using their EUDI Wallet digital identity through the ROBON® portal, thereby creating a third digital communication channel alongside their email account and mobile number.
The DataBox acts as a permanent online delivery address, which can be easily managed by installing DataBox connectors into public cloud services (Microsoft, Google, etc.).
The EUDI Wallet provides notifications about incoming messages in the DataBox and ensures secure acceptance authorization, i.e., the equivalent of “registered delivery to the addressee in person.”
With the EUDI Wallet, secure login to the ROBON® platform is enabled, as well as authorization of electronic document signing with the highest assurance level (Qualified Electronic Signature – QES) prior to sending through the DataBox. Conversely, upon receiving a signed document via the DataBox, the system allows verification of the signature validity with the highest level of assurance (Qualified Validation).
