ROBON® II Core Services

ROBON is an extension of participant groups to G2B and G2C communication. We recommend is follows the implementation of ROBON I., i.e., G2G communication, not because of technical reasons but because we believe customer (government) should become familiar with the ROBON processes between governmental agencies first. G2B and G2C communication open the world of secure data & documents messaging with the government for businesses and citizens.

ROBON® eDelivery Extended Platform

ROBON eDelivery Extended Platform ROBON eDelivery Extended Platform covers the needs which occur in communication between government agencies and businesses and/or citizens. Sender wants to be sure, who is the recipient, ROBON makes sure who is the recipient (with the substantial or high level of assurance as per eIDAS) and when the message has been delivered (guaranteed by time stamp). Extended Delivery addresses specific rules which might be applicable when communication occurs between a governmental and non-governmental participant.

ROBON® eForms/eFilling

ROBON e-Form/eFilling, an extension to the basic eDelivery is mostly used in G2B and G2C scenarios. Allows collection of structured data (XML) from electronic submissions with their automated processing according to the relevant XML schema (XSD) in third-party applications; supports Mandate Broker for submissions to the authority (includes mandate information of the sender), supports design of responsive forms for each Data Box with their automated publication on the authority's public board. Extension to with the possibility of integration to a hybrid delivery provider ("Paperless office" with sending data to the provider and its delivery in paper form).

eSigning/eSealing

Qualified certificate is set up for an individual upon request sent in Data Message after logging in with their eID (means of electronic identification according to the eIDAS regulation). The administration provides life cycle services for the issued certificate for the natural person (revocation, issuing a new one to the existing one). ROBON eSigning/eSealing complies with the eIDAS Regulation, qualified certificates (valid for min. 1 year, max. 3 years) are managed on certified HSM devices located in the ROBON security perimeter which are registered on the EU Trusted Lists (qualified devices for creating electronic signatures), a security log is kept on all operations with electronic signatures.

Documents are signed in the WebApp without the need to install drivers for smart cards or tokens. The electronic signature on a PDF document can be visualized in the WebApp (signature, etc.) and placed on any page or position. For high security when signing a document, the second factor is the individual's ROBON account (in the WebApp Portal Settings interface) paired with the ROBON Key mobile app for Android/iOS devices. The app works on the same principle as the mobile key payment confirmation in internet.

ROBON® eMandate

ROBON eMandate records and manages mandates granted by a person (mandator - principal) to another person (mandataire). The mandataire (empowered person) is then authorised to act on behalf of the mandator with the other party to the extent given by the mandate. Such mandate is typically results from the respective law and/or administrative decision (such as mayor acts on behalf of the city, executive director acts on behalf of the company). powers of attorney issued by a person (mandator - principal) to a person representing him (mandataire - agent). The agent is subsequently authorised to act based on the power of attorney with the other party within the scope of the power of attorney (such as the accountant acts with the tax office based on the power of attorney issued by the executive director of the company).

eMandate will provide evidence to the other party in the form of a mandate or power of attorney that the person is authorised to act. Powers of attorney may be attached as a proof of mandate; metadata of such mandate would be a part of delivery note of the data message.
